Uninitialize the DTWAIN DLL

Before the application closes, the DTWAIN_SysDestroy function must be called.  When this function is called, DTWAIN guarantees that TWAIN is unloaded safely before the app is closed.

If DTWAIN_SysDestroy is not called, TWAIN and possibly the Windows environment itself may become unstable!  You have been warned!
