--saveoncancel
--saveoncancel
Allows image file to be saved when user cancels the retrieval of images from the TWAIN device or if the retrieval is prematurely stopped because of an error.
By default, TwainSave does not save the image file if the user has canceled the retrieval of the images from the TWAIN device or if the retrieval of the images fails for some other reason.
The --saveoncancel option is useful if you want to save the image file, even if the scanning for some reason prematurely stops (either by the user selecting "Cancel" from the TWAIN device's user interface, stopping the scanner using the scanner's "Stop" button, an unrecoverable paper jam error, etc.)
Note that --saveoncancel is only a request to save the image. In some rare cases, the image cannot be saved, even if --saveoncancel is specified.
Default Setting: No file is saved if the image acquisition from the TWAIN device is canceled. |
